HYNADECOR FIRE RETARDANT (FR) GRADE ACP
HYNADECOR FR composite panels are not inflammable and so not actively contribute to combustion. During the life cycle of HYNADECOR FR composite panels, no environmentally hazardous substances are set free at any time and no toxic fumes are developed in the case of fire.
HYNADECOR FR has a non-combustible inorganic mineral filled, polymer bonded halogen free core and therefore generates no harmful gases in case of fire-also usable in areas with fire risk and difficult access for the fire bridge. It has excellent fire resistance compared to normal aluminium composite panel. It is a kind of environmentally friendly building material that offers excellent fire resistance and minimal gas generation when burnt.
HYNADECOR has B1 Class fire retardant aluminum composite panel. For B1 class fire retardant aluminum composite panel, it contains: 50% - 55% flame retardant, the main ingredients are aluminum oxide (AlO) and magnesium oxide (MgO); When B1 grade panels are put on fire, it can be catch on fire after 5 minutes, and when the fire leave the panels, the fire on the panels will extinguish after 10 seconds.
HYNADECOR FR Grade Aluminium Composite Panels are available as per DIN-4102 standards. Institute DIBT examines the properties of the material (chemical composition, of composite panel as well as of individual materials that consist it), mechanical properties, non-toxicity of materials, fire behaviour, stability and strength of the product installed. There is no established norm, but the material installed with the support system has to perform sufficiently towards specific wind loads. All the above, along with technical information, test reports etc. are gathered up in a scientific committee.
There are several parameters that are examined in the overall testing, but the main emphasis is given to fire resistance. The actual test consists of a free hanging sample that is left for 15 minutes in a furnace, and the parameters that are measured is the temperature of the smoke, the flame spread and the surface of the sample that is left after the test. The fire is applied in 45 Kw power at temperatures that can reach 450-500o C.
